Colega is built and operated by Andres Urena, a sole operator based in the United Kingdom. There is no company group behind this site, no parent brand, no reseller. If you write to legal at meetcolega dot com, the person who answers is the person who wrote the code.

• Colega is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by Microsoft, Google, Zoom or any other calendar, email or workplace platform.
• Their names appear on this site for one reason: to say clearly that Colega does not connect to them. We send ordinary calendar invitations outward by email; we never plug into anyone's calendar, directory or account.
• Microsoft, Outlook and Teams are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Google and Google Calendar are trademarks of Google LLC. Zoom is a trademark of Zoom Communications, Inc. Every other mark named anywhere on this site belongs to its owner.
• Cloudflare, Resend and PostHog are named on our pages because they are our sub-processors. That is a supplier relationship — none of them endorses Colega either.

Colega is the booking software; your building is your building. Membership, house rules, prices and who gets access are the building's decisions, not ours. If your complaint is about a room, the rules or the building itself, reception is the right door. If it's about the software, we are.

• Not a system of record. Colega is a booking board. Don't treat a booking as legal proof of occupancy, attendance or anything safety-critical.
• Not a shop. Colega sells nothing to members and holds no card details. Buildings pay a flat fee, invoiced.
• Not advice. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.
